Why Was I Billed for Shipping Even Though I Signed Up For Autoship? 2017-05-21T21:42:20+00:00

Autoship is 100% free, we can’t stress that enough. We wish for you to feel free and you can cancel/modify/pause and resume this service of auto-delivery at any time. You can add/remove items and change payment method all from your dashboard.

With Autoship you get free shipping on recurring orders. This means that if you are a new customer and this is your first time making a purchase and you just signed up for Autoship, and you did not meet the $55 minimum requirement, you will be billed for the shipping. However, on all the recurring orders, whether you spend $5 or $55, you will get free shipping.

Once again, the benefit of free shipping with Autoship comes on recurring orders. If you wish to qualify for free shipping on your first order you must meet a min. spend of $55.

Example: First time you checkout with Autoship, your cart total is $35. Because you are not meeting the min. spend of $55, you will get billed shipping charges. On the recurring order, let’s say a month later, we will ship you this order for free and so on for the rest of your LIFE as long as you keep Autoship active, cool, isn’ it?

If you did get billed shipping on your recurring Autoship order, then, this is a mistake, please contact us > immediately and we will promptly refund you the shipping charges.

Keep in mind that for the coupon of $5 (55FOR5), you must always meet the minimum amount of $55 with or without Autoship. You can have $5 off for LIFE as long as you meet this requirement and you can apply the coupon at checkout or from your dashboard (on your Autoship tab).

Invalid Payment Method Error Within My Autoship, How To Solve It 2017-02-18T11:58:10+00:00

If you see an invalid payment method error, please move to the: “payment methods” tab first and insert a new card or Paypal. Then, go back to the “Autoship Schedules” tab, expand it, please wait for it to load, and select your newly added payment method from the drop-down. It will automatically get saved.

I see an Error in Red Within My Autoship Schedule Tab, What Is It? 2017-02-18T11:55:28+00:00

You might see at times an error in red color like this: “There was an error retrieving available products for schedule ’37’. Error: 500 Internal Server Error”, do not worry, you can safely ignore it.

Why Was My Order Cancelled? 2016-11-30T12:09:01+00:00

If your order was cancelled, it means that the funds were not immediately authorized/captured. This can happen for a variety of reasons but most likely because your card is not working. Call your bank and verify that your card is not being blocked and/or that it has the necessary funds.

If you receive a cancelled order email, it means that it did not go through. If that is the case, you can login with your username and re-attempt it once again with a working card. Go to your dashboard and change your payment method first if necessary, then re-order it with 1 click. If you did choose Autoship for your item(s), then go to your dashboard, click on “Autoship schedule” and you can change payment method there; you can also add the coupon 55FOR5 for $5 off for LIFE if you do not see it. Last, you can add/remove items, pause/cancel/resume your Autoship schedule.

If you receive a completed order email, then your order has been authorized. You should then get another email with shipping confirmation and a tracking #.

Simply login into your account. Once in your dashboard, click on “autoship schedule”, wait for it to load.

Expand the schedule and click towards the bottom on “Delete schedule”. This will cancel it completely.

However, leaving it on “Pause” will not do or cause any issues. This is a 100% free service and you are free to pause/cancel/resume it at any time.

Immediately after placing the order, we do all we can to ship it a few hours later. There are exceptions to this if we need to verify and confirm your order and/or if your payment is placed on hold and/or processing. If that is the case, that is out of our control and we can only wait for the order to be verified first and authorized, then we ship it.

At times, these measures are taken automatically by your bank and/or by our merchant gateway: Paypal and Stripe.

You can always contact us > to know if your order has been shipped and you should also receive an email with a tracking # to confirm the shipping date.
