Autoship is 100% free, we can’t stress that enough. We wish for you to feel free and you can cancel/modify/pause and resume this service of auto-delivery at any time. You can add/remove items and change payment method all from your dashboard.

With Autoship you get 5% off for LIFE on recurring orders. This means that if you are a new customer and this is your first time making a purchase and you just signed up for Autoship, you will get a 5% off. Pretty cool, yes?

Invalid Payment Method Error Within My Autoship, How To Solve It2019-04-23T18:01:49-04:00

If you see an invalid payment method error, please move to the: “payment methods” tab first within your account dashboard and insert a new credit/debit card. Then, go back to the “Autoship Schedules” tab, and ensure your Autoship schedule is active and not in “pause” mode.

Can I cancel my Autoship order and when?2019-05-08T10:13:24-04:00

You can cancel your scheduled autoship order up to 6 days before your set date. For example, if you chose the 30 days (every month or every 4 weeks) schedule, you can login into your account and cancel it up to 6 days before (on the 24th day); after that, you won’t be able to cancel the order but you can still put your schedule in “pause” mode and you won’t incur any future orders any longer.

The reason we need 6 days at least, is because we ship and bill your product starting 5 days prior to the set arrival date. Following the example above, we would ship your vitamins on the 25th day so that it will arrive on the 30th day — punctual and on target!

Why Was My Order Cancelled?2019-04-23T18:08:45-04:00

If your order was cancelled, it means that the funds were not immediately authorized/captured. This can happen for a variety of reasons but most likely because your card is not working. Call your bank and verify that your card is not being blocked and/or that it has the necessary funds.

If you receive a cancelled order email, it means that it did not go through. If that is the case, you can login with your username and re-attempt it once again with a working card. Go to your dashboard and change your payment method first if necessary, then re-order it with 1 click. If you did choose Autoship for your item(s), then go to your dashboard, click on “Autoship schedule” and you can change payment method there. Last, you can add/remove items, pause/cancel/resume your Autoship schedule.

If you receive a completed order email, then your order has been authorized. You should then get another email with shipping confirmation and a tracking #.

Simply login into your account. Once in your dashboard, click on “autoship schedule”, expand it and click on “Delete” or similar. This will cancel it completely.

However, leaving it on “Pause” will not do or cause any issues. This is a 100% free service and you are free to pause/cancel/resume it at any time.

You can always contact us to cancel it but ensure in the SUBJECT of the EMAIL to put: “CANCEL MY AUTOSHIP…” it will get our attention and we will prioritize your message and cancel it for you.

How Long Does It Take You To Respond To My Inquires?2019-04-23T18:15:00-04:00

We respond to your email or calls on the same day. We also have a live chat available for the most part during the day, usually 9 am til 5 pm. Depending on the volume of inquiries we receive, we might respond to you the day after receiving your email or later. Immediately after placing the order, we do all we can to ship it a few hours later. There are exceptions to this if we need to verify and confirm your order and/or if your payment is placed on hold and/or processing. If that is the case, that is out of our control and we can only wait for the order to be verified first and authorized, then we ship it.

At times, these measures are taken automatically by your bank and/or by our merchant gateway: Authorize.net and Paypal.

You can always contact us > to know if your order has been shipped and you should also receive an email with a tracking # to confirm the shipping date and the progress of the delivery.

Autoship enables you to have any vitamins and supplements automatically shipped to you every x days. Before you add the item to the cart, select the frequency, for example, weekly, monthly and checkout (do not worry about the frequency # of days as you can change your schedule later on when you login into your account). All recurring orders will benefit of the 5% off. Cool, isn’t it?

Changing the autoship schedule?

For example, you choose: “monthly” but you change your mind an hour or a day later. Login into your account, from the dashboard, click on” Autoship schedule” and easily with 1 click, change the # of days to whatever you wish. You can also add/remove and modify vitamins and supplements products at any time.
